How long is the turnaround?

Depending on the package that you have signed up for and the complexity of the project, turnarounds can vary. A turnaround is estimated based on working days (Sundays and Singapore public holidays are not counted working days).  

What if I need more custom illustrations?

Additional illustrations / AI generated images may be requested at USD20 each.

Can I really cancel my plan/package anytime?

Yes you can! However, please note that no refund is given even if you cancel in the middle of a month - service will cease on the last day of the paid month based on the sign-up date. 

What if I require other design services?
